Dear Athletes and Members The Havant Athletics Club committee decided in the summer of 2024 that we would be changing when we requested our club membership fees to align with England Athletics membership. This meant that we moved our annual subscription from October to April 1st. The committee also made the decision to move away from LoveAdmin as our club’s admin portal and this has now been replaced with Coacha. Coacha is an online portal and standalone app, that athletes can register to attend sessions, races and other events. We will be adding all members to the portal over the coming weeks. The membership fee this season will be inclusive of the following:
- Annual membership
- Weekly subs (sessions held at Oaklands)
- Mountbatten Track pass (any day any time, unless the track is closed to the public)
- UKA Membership
- Insurance
- Sport Hall association
- Hampshire Road Race League association
- Hampshire Cross Country League association
- Southern Athletics League membership
- Wessex League Membership
- Vets League association
The new fees for the 2025/2026 seasons are:
- All ages membership £130.00
- Families £130.00 for the first person then £104.00 per person there after (up to 4 members)
- Vets £70.00 (members who do not train with Havant AC or at the Mountbatten Centre but compete in the Vets league)
Fees can be paid via BACs and will need to be paid by 28/03/2025 If paying by BACs please add the athletes name as the title or family name x how many memberships (e.g. Jones x 3) Havant Athletics Club 20 69 34 20477737 Payments can be split over 3 months.
