On Saturday 24th March 2024, Onjoro Sumba competed in the South of England 5k Road Race Championship in the U17 boys category. Onjoro recorded a time of 15:09, winning the race and becoming the Southern Champion for 2024.
This follows on from a stunning performance on 16th February 2024 at Battersea Park and the Friday Night 5k Under the Lights event where Onjoro achieved his PB of 15:02.
